LoLexi Delivery and Returns
This delivery policy gives details of delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our T&C’s of sale.

Returns
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product
The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new

If you do wish to return or exchange a product, please email hello@lolexi.com or use our contact form stating your Name, Order Number, the item you are returning, reason, and if you are wanting an exchange, the product and size you wish as a replacement.

 

Exclusions
If a LoLexi Watch has been tampered with or damaged in anyway.

Sale items

Please note any items purchased from our sale may only be exchanged for another size or product. Refunds will not be given for any sale items.

Refunds
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges, excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will refund the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, within 10 days of receiving the returned product.

The cost of postage will be deducted from any refunds even during postage offers, unless the item is deemed faulty.

Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team on

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
