Where can I find the IMEI / Device ID?

This is located on the back of the watch. or on the tag attached to the Watch.

First time use (initial setup)

When first setting up the watch with the App you need to be outdoors with a clear line of sight to the sky.

Make sure the watch has credit or a call & data plan & the simcard has been activated (Please speak to your network provider if you're unsure whether the sim is activated or not).

Upon first use, the watch may show a location to the nearest telephone mast, rather than the precise location of the watch. To correct this, go to settings in the mobile app & turn off 'Detect location using mobile network', when this method is turned off the location accuracy becomes better but if GPS signal is not available (e.g. indoors) you will not receive location updates from the watch, so please keep this in mind.
